FAST e-learning as blended learning solution

Given that e-learning represents only part of the way in which interesting and valuable training can be delivered, it is also a useful tool that can be integrated with traditional training. The result - "blended learning" can be created to meet the training and learning needs of Health, Community and Social Care organisations. In this manner, a FAST e-learning course could serve to precede a face-to-face seminar or even as a follow-up to a seminar. As FAST works in partnership with learning and development personnel, there is a wealth of experience that is put in the hands of the Health, Community and Social Care organisations in fashioning the best training for its staff.
