I must congratulate [FAST] on an excellent bit of E-Learning. I have had bad experiences of e-learning in the past but this course was put together very well. I completed the SAP Train the Trainer course this week and your course allowed me to make sense of the whole process. I have ... trialled the course 'NSF for older people' and I offer my thoughts on the package... I have to say that I found the course interesting and quite easy to navigate. Entertainment value is good ... The real benefit of the course to me is the promotion of interagency working between health and social care. In terms of cost effectiveness ... the course is good value for money if 200 or so people can access at the [FAST License] cost. I do regard the central control [FAST LMS] as helpful in monitoring usage and achievements.
